Once the NV Support Representative contacts you to let you know that they are ready to work with you,

Type your question into the text box below . Then click on the Continue Button.

Next, you'll see a screen that says "Contacting Your Representative- in a few moments you'll meet a live representative on your screen".
- Next, a box will pop up and ask you if you want to install and run chatlnk.exe. Click Yes
- You will see a new window called Chat.
- Next a box will pop up called "Screen Sharing" which will enable us to see your screen and share your mouse and keyboard. Click OK
- Lastly you will see a screen that says "your representative has arrived". We are now connected to your computer.
